In these terms, "AeonLoop", "we", "us", and "our" refer to AeonLoop LLC. "You" refers to any person accessing the site.

AeonLoop is an advisory firm. AeonLoop does not raise, place, or source capital. AeonLoop does not issue, underwrite, distribute, market, or trade securities or any other financial instrument, and does not manage client assets. AeonLoop's working paper and any other materials provided on request remain the property of AeonLoop, are provided in confidence for the recipient's internal evaluation only, and may not be circulated, published, or shared outside the recipient's organization without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful or that could damage, disable, or impair it. Without limiting that, you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest content or personal data by automated means except as permitted by our robots.txt, or use any contact details published here to send unsolicited commercial communications.

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with this site are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and AeonLoop submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These terms, together with the privacy notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and AeonLoop in respect of your use of this site.
